We believe every book is meant to be read and enjoyed countless times. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, provided it is in pristine condition, return it and we will refund the cost of the goods less the freight charges incurred. Please contact us before returning any items. All returns must be made within 30 days of dispatch.
If a return is due to a shipping error, manufacturing or publishing fault, we will gladly replace it with the same product, or you may choose another product of the same value and we will ship it to you at no extra cost. We can also offer a store credit to the same value of items purchased, valid for 12 months.
You may change your book or product orders provided they have not been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we'd be happy to accommodate your request.

Packages are sent non-signature unless requested. Goods are shipped using NZ Post / Courier Post.
All prices are listed in $NZ and include GST of 15%. Credit card payments are accepted through our secure payment gateway provider, Stripe. Heart Reads reserves the right to alter prices at any time.
We only ship books or merchandise within New Zealand.
Heart Reads complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (the Act) when dealing with personal information.
